★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento, em termos de educação e cordialidade é muito bom. Educação sobrou para quem me atendeu. No entanto, a audiência de conciliação deixou bastante a desejar. Nada fizeram. Só me aconselharam a procurar meu direitos na justiça. Em outras épocas eram mais incisivos. Entendo que seja um órgão administrativo, mas não fizeram nada para tentar um acordo. Um amigo advogado foi comigo e ficou pasmo. Melhor ir ao juizado especial de uma vez.
PS. Passou a hora de informatizar disponibilizar documentos por meio eletrônico, né?
 The service, in terms of education and cordiality is very good. Education left for those who attended me. However, the conciliation hearing left much to be desired. They did nothing. They only advised me to seek my rights in court. In other times they were more incisive. I understand it to be an administrative body, but they have done nothing to attempt a deal. A lawyer friend went with me and was amazed. Better go to the special court at once.
PS The time has come to computerize making documents available electronically, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou da agencia de viagens, setor mais sofrido pela crise. Dia 19/10/2021, fui muito bem atendido, acolhido e orientado pela srta Luana Carmonio e o seu assistente. Atendimento humanizado e verdadeiro. O recorrente problema era com a OI Telefonia e suas COBRANÇAS INDEVIDAS DE MULTAS, de mais de 3 mil reais. Após 10 dias resolveram o nosso problema . Agradeço o Procon, a LUANA e ao seus assitentes e recomendo este òrgao, que por 2 vezes nos apoiaram. Que a qualidade do serviço seja mantida.

The recurring problem was with OI Telefonia and its UNDUE CHARGES OF FINE, of more than 3,000 reais. After 10 days they solved our problem. I thank Procon, LUANA and their assistants and I recommend this body, which twice supported us. That the quality of service is maintained.

Que QUALQUER estabelecimento tem que ter o código de defesa do consumidor ao alcance de todos!
Da lei: Nenhuma empresa pode discriminar um consumidor, uma prática abusiva segundo o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, além de ser passível de multa e outras punições. Portanto, não se pode recusar atendimento ao consumidor sem motivos
