★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a duas semanas da festa da minha filha e não consigo falar com ninguém do Star Class , a responsável pela organização das festas do buffet , senhora Regina foi dispensada segundo relato dela mesma , a nova responsável senhora Sônia desligou o celular da empresa e no seu telefone particular não atende à ligação, só por meio de conversa por WhatsApp ate descobrir quem é você após o qual te bloqueia , em meio a tudo isso ainda descubro que o buffet foi vendido em 2019 e o antigo dono move processo contra o atual dono , vocês acham que vou ter a tão sonhada festa da minha filha de 15 anos ?????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei uma festa em julho de 2019 para acontecer em março de 2020, quando estourou a pandemia.
O Buffet fechou agora em abril de 2021 sem nenhuma notificação aos clientes que já PAGARAM INTEGRALMENTE o valor da festa. Simplesmente sumiram sem nenhuma satisfação.
Além da tristeza de não termos a festa contratada, agora temos o prejuízo com os valores pagos e não ressarcidos.
I hired a party in July 2019 to take place in March 2020, when the pandemic broke out.
The Buffet now closed in April 2021 without any notification to customers who have already PAID IN FULL the value of the party. They simply disappeared without any satisfaction.
In addition to the sadness of not having the party hired, we now have a loss with the amounts paid and not reimbursed.
