Cheguei as 8:59, ela passou o número 211, sendo em um condomínio assustador, subi no 1 andar procurando o número da loja que ela falou, não existia ninguém e nem loja lá.
Aí desci e falei com o zelador do 211, e ele disse que ela ainda não havia chego e apontou o salão dela, fiquei esperando mais 40 minutos, e nada dela aparecer ou ligar ou responder as mensagens.
Quando desisti e fui embora, eis que me ressurgi e ainda fala que eu menti que fui ao lugar errado. Gente, como pode ? Tamanha falta de respeito, educação, comprometimento, empatia.
Bom, mas isso é bom, pq já sabem como funcionam as coisas por lá.
I made an appointment with Regiane at 9, she called me to confirm promptly, I was happy.
I arrived at 8:59, she passed the number 211, being in a scary condominium, I went up on the 1st floor looking for the number of the store she said, there was no one and there was no store there.
Then I went down and talked to the janitor at 211, and he said she wasn't there yet and pointed to her salon, I was waiting another 40 minutes, and nothing of her showing up or calling or answering messages.
When I gave up and left, behold, I resurfaced and still says that I lied that I went to the wrong place. Guys, how can you? Such lack of respect, education, commitment, empathy.

I was very well attended by all the girls, from the appointment to the goodbye in the salon. I did the gel bath, cutilem and enamel and the girl who did the gel bath is wonderful, very friendly and her work was excellent!!
