★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para sintetizar a experiência negativa que tive, digo que o comportamento das pessoas dessa empresa foi lamentável e inexplicável.
A visita com fins de orçamento foi satisfatória, no entanto, desse ponto em diante, a empresa assumiu outra postura. Semanas (quase 4) se passaram sem contato da empresa para informar sobre o meu orçamento. Durante todo esse tempo eu entrei em contato através de ligações telefônicas e mensagens de Whatsapp; corri atrás tentando obter orçamento para os serviços de minha residência.
Toda vez que eu falava com alguém da empresa, recebia as mesmas respostas: "quando a senhora solicitou o orçamento?; falarei com o rapaz responsável pelo seu orçamento, pois está com ele e ele quem sabe informar"; "vamos verificar e enviaremos seu orçamento"...
Perdi as contas do número de vezes que, supostamente, anotaram meus contatos e não retornaram. Algumas vezes eu até caia no absurdo de pensar: minha nossa, esse rapaz sai com meu orçamento no bolso todos os dias??? Uau!
Não há explicações plausíveis para a postura adotada por essa empresa quanto ao meu atendimento.
O resumo da ópera é o seguinte: não recebi nenhum email, nenhum telefonema, nenhuma mensagem de Whatsapp, nenhuma informação sobre meu orçamento. A partir daí a conclusão lógica foi: essa empresa, por alguma razão incompreensível, está se esquivando de fazer meus serviços. Obviamente presumi que a empresa não estava nada interessada em me ter como cliente.
Por fim, resolvi fazer uma averiguação para testar uma hipótese que eu tinha. Fui até o espaço físico da empresa, solicitar presencialmente meu orçamento. Lá chegando recebi a "explicação" de que um dos materiais para meu orçamento estava em falta, por esta razão não me informaram NADA.
SEM COMENTÁRIOS.
Já que eu estava ali na loja, e que o material que supostamente estava em falta já havia chegado, pedi que me passassem o orçamento. A pessoa que estava me atendendo começou a fazer meu orçamento numa folha de papel ofício qualquer, foi preciso que eu perguntasse se a empresa não utilizava uma folha padrão para emitir seus orçamentos. INACREDITÁVEL!!!!!
Sinceramente, a cena foi super desagradável. E eu não percebi nenhum entusiasmo para me atender, pelo contrário.
Não tenho como classificar a experiência que tive na empresa Spaço Vidros. Se fosse possível, daria uma nota negativa. Quaisquer adjetivos que eu utilizar jamais se aproximarão da péssima, desrespeitosa, desconfortável, desprazerosa, desagradável, decepcionante.... experiência que tive com a Spaço Vidros.
To summarize the negative experience I had, I say that the behavior of the people of this company was regrettable and inexplicable.
The visit for budget purposes was satisfactory, however, from that point on, the company took another stance. Weeks (almost 4) went by without contact from the company to inform about my budget. During all this time I got in touch through phone calls and Whatsapp messages; I ran after trying to get a quote for my home services.
Every time I spoke to someone from the company, I received the same answers: "when did you request the budget ?; I will speak to the boy responsible for your budget, as he is with him and he knows how to inform"; "let's check and send your quote" ...
I lost count of the number of times that, supposedly, they wrote down my contacts and did not return. Sometimes I even fall into the absurdity of thinking: my goodness, does this guy leave with my budget in his pocket every day ??? Wow!!
There are no plausible explanations for the position adopted by this company regarding my service.
The summary of the opera is as follows: I have not received any email, no phone call, no Whatsapp message, no information about my budget. From then on, the logical conclusion was: this company, for some incomprehensible reason, is avoiding my services. Obviously I assumed that the company was not interested in having me as a customer.
Finally, I decided to do an investigation to test a hypothesis that I had. I went to the company's physical space, to request my budget in person. When I got there I received the "explanation" that one of the materials for my budget was missing, for this reason I was NOT informed.
NO COMMENTS.
Since I was there at the store, and the material that was supposedly missing had already arrived, I asked them to give me the budget. The person who was assisting me started to make my budget on any sheet of legal paper, I had to ask if the company did not use a standard sheet to issue its quotes. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Honestly, the scene was super unpleasant. And I didn't notice any enthusiasm to attend to me, on the contrary.
I cannot classify the experience I had at the company Spaço Vidros. If it were possible, I would give a negative note. Any adjectives that I use will never come close to the terrible, disrespectful, uncomfortable, displeasing, unpleasant, disappointing experience I had with Spaço Vidros.

Mas muito melhor foi o pós-venda depois de mais de um mês da instalação, quando solicitei um ajuste na porta e foram prontos em atender, pois uma equipe veio até o prédio Cond Res. Jds. Do Altiplano do qual sou o síndico e resolveram o necessário no mesmo dia da solicitação com presteza e eficiência, quesito no qual muitas empresas pecam, diferentemente da SPAÇO VIDROS. Parabéns a todos os funcionários os quais fazem brilhar o nome da empresa, todos só tem a ganhar! Sucesso !! ?

But much better was the after-sales service after more than a month of installation, when I requested a door adjustment and they were ready to answer, as a team came to the Cond Res building. Jds. From Altiplano, of which I am the trustee, and they resolved the necessary on the same day of the request with promptness and efficiency, an issue in which many companies sin, unlike SPAÇO VIDROS. A Jane ( atendente) sempre respondendo minhas dúvidas com rapidez nas mensagens, sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, não deixou nada a desejar, o pessoal da entrega que fazer a instalação, também muito prestativos, ótimos profissionais! só tenho a agradecer pela equipe, que me atendeu super bem. Com certeza a Spaço Vidros ganhou uma cliente, Voltarei em breve a fazer novas compras.
