Fui diagnosticado com um problema no joelho, irreversível, que me causava muitas dores, por "causa da idade". "Sem cura, sem remédios, tem que se acostumar".
Comece a fazer Pilates com a Dayane e em algumas semanas a dores diminuíram e faz tempo que sumiram.
Por causa do "milagre" a apelidei de "Dayane, a Mãe do Parque".
 Unbelievable.
