★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento profissional rapidamente foi feito O orçamento com detalhes do que seria trocado, o grande problema foi o preço, fiz a cotação em mais dois lugares e tambem fiz uma cotação das peças, preço muito acima chegando quase o dobro (usei o mesmo parametro de peças 'originais", até perguntei se poderia levar as peças fui informado que não teria a mesma garantia e entendo isso.
Resumindo gostei do atendimento o que me motivou a levar foi as excelentes avaliações do google, porém essa oficina não cabe no meu bolso.
Até vou editar minha avaliação pois aconteceu um fato muito chato, recebi a ligação do dono da oficiona de forma agressiva pedindo tirar a avaliação ou seria processado, não gostei da abordagem, fui imparcial na avaliação o que me motivou a levar o carro foi as avaliações nada mais justo ser sincero no meu depoimento até porque esse mecanismo de avaliaçao é publico.
Professional service was quickly done The budget with details of what would be exchanged, the big problem was the price, I made the quotation in two more places and also made a quotation of the parts, price much higher reaching almost double (I used the same parameter of parts 'original", I even asked if I could take the parts and was told that I would not have the same warranty and I understand that.
In short, I liked the service, what motivated me to take it was the excellent google reviews, but this workshop doesn't fit in my pocket.
I'm even going to edit my review because a very annoying fact happened, I received a call from the owner of the workshop aggressively asking to take the review or I would be sued, I didn't like the approach, I was impartial in the review what motivated me to take the car was the reviews nothing more fair to be honest in my statement, even because this evaluation mechanism is public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência estou tendo com a oficina, meu carro foi levado a uma semana no local com problemas de ignição, foi me dito que ficaria R$2.050,00, para troca de velas, cabos, e bicos… devido o mesmo estar falhando na aceleração, foi me cobrado o scanner para identificar os erros…. Tudo bem, realizei o pagamento, em apenas 1 dia útil meu carro ficou pronto isto na 29/04/2022 (Sexta-Feira) em menos de 24h a luz da ignição acendeu novamente. UM NOVO PROBLEMA. Meu carro estava fraco novamente, porém agora para dar partida, levei novamente na loja na data de 02/05/2022 me disseram que havia um novo problema, porém agora na bobina de ignição, oque achei estranho pois se tinham me passado o valor do scanner deviria ser acusado também, enfim o mesmo se propôs a pagar a peça pra mim, ÓTIMO. Estou aguardando faz 1 uma semana um posicionamento deles, é só me enrolando dizendo que estão fazendo testes hoje dia 07/05/2022 meu carro ainda não ficou pronto, sendo esta semana bem estressada, devido o funcionários do local me tratarem com falta de educação e arrogância, aqui vai minhas sinceras opiniões com a falta de comprometimento com o cliente, não levem seu carro nesta oficina, além de cobrarem preços extraordinários, na MINHA OPINIÃO, são incompetentes no que se dizem especializados. Uma ótima madrugada a vocês que leem, pois são 05:35 e somente consigo ficar pensando como estou sendo tirado e enrolado. BOM DIA.
Bad experience I'm having with the workshop, my car was taken to the place for a week with ignition problems, I was told it would be R$2,050.00, to change spark plugs, cables, and nozzles... I was charged the scanner to identify the errors…. All right, I made the payment, in just 1 business day my car was ready on 04/29/2022 (Friday) in less than 24 hours the ignition light came on again. A NEW PROBLEM. My car was weak again, but now to start, I took it to the store again on 05/02/2022 they told me that there was a new problem, but now in the ignition coil, which I found strange because the value of the scanner should be accused too, finally the same offered to pay for the part for me, GREAT. I've been waiting for 1 week for a position from them, I'm just stalling saying that they are doing tests today on 05/07/2022 my car is not ready yet, this week being very stressed, due to the local employees treating me with lack of manners and arrogance, here goes my sincere opinions with the lack of commitment to the customer, do not take your car to this workshop, in addition to charging extraordinary prices, in MY OPINION, they are incompetent in what they say they are specialized. A great dawn to you who read, because it's 05:35 and I can only think about how I'm being taken and rolled up. GOOD MORNING.
