★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, supermercado completamente sujo, banheiro imundo e praticamente me jogaram na rua junto do meu cachorro porque segundo ele iria sujar a loja. Funcionários mal educados e despreparados.
 Bad experience, completely dirty supermarket, filthy bathroom and they practically threw me on the street with my dog because according to him it would dirty the store. Rude and unprepared staff.

Os produtos que aparecem no site não tem na loja, não tem outras opções e não tem compromisso com horário.
FIz um pedido e veio metade das coisas, porque não tinham.
Além disso, a previsão de entrega era entre as 13:00 e 15:00, já são 17:30 e ainda não entregaram. Péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que já tive na minha vida. Deixei de fazer minhas compras no Spani só por conta do atendimento horrível que tive várias vezes neste mercado. Os funcionários do mercado são mal humorados, não te desejam nem sequer um bom dia, parece que ficam incomodados em atender o cliente e atendem com má vontade, principalmente no setor de frios e nos caixas, simplesmente um absurdo! Já fiz várias reclamações, mas não resolve nada, acredito que o gerente também se sinta incomodado em ter que trabalhar para melhorar a experiência do cliente. Por isso meus amigos se não quiserem passar raiva ao fazer suas compras, recomendo irem no Atacadão em Atibaia que é muito próximo e os preços são praticamente iguais ou ir no Roldão.
The worst service I've ever had in my life. I stopped doing my shopping at Spani just because of the horrible service I had several times in this market. The market employees are grumpy, they don't even wish you a good day, they seem to be bothered to serve the customer and they serve with ill will, especially in the cold cuts sector and at the cashiers, simply absurd! I've already made several complaints, but it doesn't solve anything, I believe the manager also feels uncomfortable having to work to improve the customer experience. So my friends, if you don't want to be angry when doing your shopping, I recommend going to Atacadão in Atibaia which is very close and the prices are practically the same or going to Roldão.
