A small misleading advertisement says on the card offered by the attendant that you are entitled to a complimentary broth, but does not inform you that it is only in winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel supri as necessidades, o quarto é confortável contudo as atendentes apesar de muito atenciosas estavam de forma recorrente sem máscara ou a tiravam para falar. O acesso também não é o ideal sendo uma escada pouco acessível para quem tem bagagens grandes e o café da manhã é pouco variado para o valor da diária. O que mais surpreende é que a cidade vive como se não houvesse pandemia, apesar de serem muito atenciosa e solícita a população não toma cuidados mínimos como uso de máscara e o bares e restaurantes funcionam normalmente.
The hotel met the needs, the room is comfortable yet the attendants, although very attentive, were recurrently without a mask or took it off to speak. Access is also not ideal, as it is an inaccessible staircase for those with large luggage and breakfast is not very varied for the daily rate. What is most surprising is that the city lives as if there was no pandemic, despite being very attentive and solicitous, the population does not take minimal care such as wearing a mask and the bars and restaurants function normally.

O destaque fica para os funcionários, que são muito atenciosos. Desde a recepção até os cozinheiros e pessoal da faxina, todos muito receptivos e disponíveis.
Simple room, but it meets all the basic needs. It has a large bathroom and a minibar. Breakfast is simple, but very delicious. The highlight is the staff, who are very attentive. From the reception to the cooks and cleaning staff, all very receptive and available.
