★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gerência, tenho cabelo cacheado e fui ao local para fazer uma simples escova e quando lavei meu cabelo estava com várias partes lisas (pontas e raiz), não recebi ressarcimento e nem um auxílio por parte deles, pois de acordo com a proprietária meu cabelo já chegou danificado ao local. Nunca que um secador e chapinha iriam alisar e fazer o cabelo perder a forma dos cachos (confirmei essa informação com outras duas cabeleireiras diferentes). Não indico para nenhuma cacheada ir ao salão e se forem certifiquem que os aparelhos são higienizados, pois a gerência não tem o preparo para lidar com essas situações.
Bad management, I have curly hair and I went to the place to do a simple brush and when I washed my hair had several smooth parts (tips and roots), I didn't receive reimbursement or help from them, because according to the owner my hair arrived damaged on site. Never that a hairdryer and flat iron would straighten and make the hair lose the shape of the curls (I confirmed this information with two other different hairdressers). I do not recommend for any curly person to go to the salon and if they do, make sure the appliances are sanitized, as the management is not prepared to deal with these situations.
