★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a recepção do meu casamento no espaço, nos hospedamos no Hotel Hilton Garden In e logo optamos por recepcionar os nossos convidados no restaurante do hotel, para melhor comodidade.
Tivemos a maior parte das conversar por e-mail e fizemos uma reunião no espaço para alinharmos como tudo seria (disposição de mesas e cadeiras, cardápio, músicas, preços etc..).
Sobre a comida, não temos o que reclamar, todos os convidados aprovaram e elogiaram, porém tivemos algumas intercorrências:
- A música ambiente que havíamos combinado não tinha e quando fomos solicitar que colocassem nos informaram que o responsável não estava mais no local e eles não conseguiriam colocar.
- Os convidados só foram servidos após a nossa chegada, (e isso demorou, já que ficamos um bom tempo com os fotógrafos), antes disso serviram apenas sucos e refrigerante (e precisavam solicitar a todo momento que fosse servido)
- Levamos um bolo, e claro que ao final sobrou, fomos para o quarto e lembramos depois de um tempo do bolo, mas como estávamos hospedados no hotel, logo imaginamos que eles guardariam, já que não nos ligaram perguntando o que fazer ou algo do tipo, mas não no café da manhã fomo informados que 70% do bolo que tinha sobrado foi para o lixo, que eles não podiam guardar nada. (Como assim?, qual foi a dificuldade de ligar em nosso quarto e informar)
- Sem contar a cara feia da gerente do espaço, sem pre muito ríspida, e coincidentemente ela, foi bastante arrogante com meu esposo no estacionamento, antes de entrarmos no espaço.
Relatamos todo o ocorrido por meio de uma carta formal ao hotel e espero que tenham feito algo, para que futuros clientes não passem por isso.
I held my wedding reception in the space, we stayed at the Hilton Garden In Hotel and soon we chose to welcome our guests to the hotel's restaurant, for better convenience.
We had most of the conversations by e-mail and had a meeting in the space to align how everything would be (layout of tables and chairs, menu, music, prices, etc.).
About the food, we have nothing to complain about, all the guests approved and praised, but we had some complications:
- The ambient music that we had combined did not have and when we went to request that they put it in, they informed us that the person in charge was no longer in the place and they would not be able to put it on.
- The guests were only served after our arrival, (and it took a while, since we stayed for a long time with the photographers), before that they only served juice and soda (and needed to request at all times that it be served)
- We took a cake, and of course at the end it was left, we went to the room and remembered after a while of the cake, but as we were staying at the hotel, we soon imagined that they would keep it, since they didn't call us asking what to do or something from like, but not at breakfast, we were told that 70% of the cake that was left went to the trash, that they couldn't keep anything. (How so ?, how difficult was it to call our room and inform)
- Not to mention the ugly face of the space manager, always very harsh, and coincidentally she was quite arrogant with my husband in the parking lot, before entering the space.
We report everything that happened through a formal letter to the hotel and I hope that they have done something, so that future customers do not go through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalações novas, mas com muita passagem de ruidos entre os quartos. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Serviços do Restaurante PÉSSIMO. Pratos mal preparados, carnes nobres, mas duras, mal preparadas, pratos chegam frios, horrível. Café da manhã PÉSSIMO, servem pão dormido, duro, margarina, frutas por várias vezes azedas, chega. A dica é: Se hospede no hotel, mas não consuma nada do restaurante ! Horrível.
New installations, but with a lot of noise passing between the rooms. Attentive and polite staff. PÉSSIMO Restaurant Services. Poorly prepared dishes, noble meats, but hard, poorly prepared, dishes arrive cold, horrible. TERRIBLE breakfast, they serve stale bread, crusty bread, margarine, fruits that are sometimes sour, enough. The tip is: Stay at the hotel, but don't consume anything from the restaurant! Horrible.

Good option for lunch. Food varied. Pay and eat self-service at will. It has dessert included. Service a bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café da manhã muito bom, tudo muito fresquinho, com tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, a escolha do cliente, maquina de café expresso, cappuccino, mochaccino.
Jantamos no hotel e detalhe para o creme de mandioquinha com carne seca, estava divino! Todos os outros pratos pedidos também foram elogiados, a equipe sempre muito prestativa conosco!
Very good breakfast, everything very fresh, with tapioca and omelet made to order, the customer's choice, espresso machine, cappuccino, mochaccino.
We had dinner at the hotel and a detail for the mandioquinha cream with jerky, it was divine! All other dishes ordered were also praised, the staff always very helpful with us!
