★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito aconchegante funcionárias muito atenciosas, mais o que me deixou a deseja foi ao chegar em casa a esmaltação em gel estava soltando de uma das minhas unhas , tentei ligar na segunda feira mais não consegui cntt de resposta.
Very cozy atmosphere, very attentive staff, but what left me wanting was when I got home the gel enamel was coming off one of my nails, I tried to call on Monday but I couldn't get a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei a variedade de cores de esmalte. A cadeira é um conforto só, achei muito chique. Consegui marcar on-line e fiz pé e mão ao mesmo tempo, isso é ótimo para a correria do dia a dia. Unha ficou ótima, e durou bastante.
I loved the variety of nail polish colors. The chair is just a comfort, I found it very chic. I was able to score online and did it hand and foot at the same time, this is great for the day to day rush. Nail turned out great, and lasted a long time.

Saí do salão com a minha unha desse jeito,torta, com o canto todo cutucado, inchado,a manicure borrou um dos dedos. O mínimo que devia ter feito era refazer a unha, ficou passando o esmalte por cima diversas vezes, sem contar o canto da minha unha que ela ficou cutucando e tenho certeza que vai inflamar. O mínimo que deviam ter feito era a devolução do dinheiro, uma vez que não tive o serviço prestado. Mas a repcionista disse que não ocorre devolução o que eu poderia era voltar para refazer o procedimento, nem se eu fosse maluca voltaria lá . NÃO RECOMENDO. Só para deixar Registrado que foi no independência shopping.
Terrible attendance!
I left the salon with my nail like that, crooked, with the corner all poked, swollen, the manicurist smeared one of the fingers. The least I should have done was redo the nail, she kept applying the polish over it several times, not to mention the corner of my nail that she kept poking and I'm sure it's going to ignite. The least they should have done was to refund the money, since I didn't have the service provided. But the receptionist said that there is no return, what I could do was go back to redo the procedure, even if I was crazy I would go back there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just to let you know that it was at the independence mall.
