★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento amador e desrespeitoso. Marquei horário com o Lucas e liguei para avisar que chegaria 10 minutos atrasado. Corri e cheguei lá com apenas 5 minutos de atraso, mas ele não me esperou porque "tinha que almoçar", segundo informou a recepcionista. Achei ridícula a atitude dele!
Amateur and disrespectful service. I made an appointment with Lucas and called to let him know he would be 10 minutes late. I ran and got there just five minutes late, but he didn't wait for me because "I had to have lunch," according to the receptionist. I thought his attitude was ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o atendimento. A profissional Cathia é otima para atender crianças. Fez cortes mais incrementados nos meus filhos de 2 e 3 anos e no marido. Eu cortei curtinho e amei. Boa para cortes femininos curtos.
I loved the service. The professional Cathia is great for taking care of children. She made more incremental cuts on my 2 and 3 year olds and on her husband. I cut it short and loved it. Good for short female cuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O barbeiro Márcio é sem dúvida cinco estrelas. O trabalho dele é impecável, de primeira. A equipe toda é muito atenciosa e agradável. O único ponto contra, único ponto negativo mesmo do local é que tem apenas duas vagas apertadas e quase sempre um único carro ocupa as duas (falta urbanidade na essência do brasileiro), então ou tenho que estacionar no shopping ou tenho que me sujeitar à chatice infinita dos flanelinhas da rua. Isso vai desanimando a gente. Deixo uma sugestão construtiva: as vagas deveriam sem mais bem demarcadas pois o primeiro que estaciona SEMPRE (pelo menos todas as vezes que vou ao local) o faz de um jeito que não cabe outro e só por isso a estrutura ganha quatro estrelas. Demarcando melhor as vagas, pode ser que as pessoas menos civilizadas se sintam um pouco mais constrangidas e estacionem melhor.
The barber Márcio is undoubtedly five stars. His work is impeccable, first class. The entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. The only downside, only negative point of the place is that there are only two tight spaces and almost always a single car occupies both (lack of urbanity in the essence of Brazilians), so I either have to park at the mall or I have to subject myself to the bummer infinite number of flannels on the street. This discourages us. I leave a constructive suggestion: the places should be better demarcated because the first one that ALWAYS parks (at least every time I go to the place) does it in a way that does not fit another and only for that reason the structure gets four stars. Demarcating the spaces better, it may be that less civilized people feel a little more embarrassed and park better.
