Os apartamentos são bem desenhados e as janelas dão a boas paisagens. A segurança é bacana. Duas coisas são ruins, uma é a área fitness, que na verdade são apenas duas barras e duas tábuas num gramado inclinado de 3m²; e a outra é o isolamento acústico, que é horroso (é possível ouvir o vizinho de cima fazendo xixi e o cachorro dele se coçando... imagine o resto)
It is very nice. It has a lot of green, the garages are spacious.
The apartments are well designed and the windows give good views. Security is cool. Two things are bad, one is the fitness area, which is actually just two bars and two boards on a sloping 3m² lawn; and the other is the sound insulation, which is terrific (you can hear the neighbor from above peeing and his dog scratching ... imagine the rest)
