★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento, as moças são super educadas, a Dra muito paciente com meu filho, fez até um combinado com ele, ele se comportou ainda ganhou um adesivo e ficou super Feliz, e disse que volta sempre. Eu também volto com toda certeza, são profissionais muito dedicados. Excelente equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ : Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui todo o meu arrependimento e revolta de ter marcado consulta dos meus filhos aí, fazer 2 crianças esperarem mais de 1 hora e meia e nem se quer ter o trabalho de dar uma satisfação é inadmissível, pq se não ligo ou o pai vai reclamar pela demora vocês não dão satisfação nenhum
O engraçado é que não pode atrasar mais de 15 minutos, porém pode deixar atrasar mais de 1 hora
Imprevistos acontecem, porém eles estavam aí desde as 16:00
E isso o pessoal do consultório já sabia que o atendimento não iria acontecer
Isso é uma vergonha uma total falta de respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, aguardei 1 mês por uma consulta, ninguém responde WhatsApp, esperei 2 semanas pra me responderem e só fui respondida após reclamar.
Agenda demorada demais. Mais de 1 mês de espera pra uma consutla. Absurdo.
Mas o destaque vai pro atendimento que não existe!! Péssimo não indico, procure um lugar sério para não ter dor de cabeça
Terrible service, I waited 1 month for an appointment, no one answers WhatsApp, I waited 2 weeks for them to respond and I was only answered after complaining.
Schedule too long. More than 1 month of waiting for a consultation. Absurd.
But the highlight goes to the service that doesn't exist!! Terrible, I don't recommend it, look for a serious place so you don't have a headache

O problema é: tem número do WhatsApp e NUNCA respondem, se precisar resolver algo, tem que ligar.
E os atrasos. Passei uma vez, teria que passar com uma doutora, aí me colocaram com o doutor devido ao atraso. Minha mãe foi passar na consulta, atrasaram mais de 1h. Complicado agendar e não ser atendido no momento.
Se organizarem isso, ficará perfeito.
Doctors' care was excellent.
The problem is: there is a WhatsApp number and they NEVER respond, if you need to solve something, you have to call.
And the delays. I passed it once, I would have to go with a doctor, then they put me with the doctor due to the delay. My mother went to the appointment, they were more than 1 hour late. Complicated to schedule and not be attended at the moment.
If they organize this, it will be perfect.
