Marquei uma consulta pelo CONVÊNIO para extrair o siso, já pago mais caro a mensalidade do convênio para que possa utilizar o que é disponibilizado.
Durante a consulta a Amanda me avisa que tenho que pagar o valor de duas brocas (R$150,00 cada) a parte para efetuar a cirurgia (já pago convênio para isso), acho estranho mas tudo bem.
Antes da cirurgia passo com minha dentista profissional e explico a situação. A mesma diz que não existe esse valor a parte, o convênio já paga a cirurgia incluindo todos os gastos e afirmou que uma broca não custa mais de R$10,00.
Pela vergonha alheia que senti da Amanda, não questionei o valor da broca, solicitei apenas um recibo ou nota fiscal para que pudesse enviar para o convênio para que me reembolsem.
A mesma para de responder e não atende. Quando finalmente responde, a secretária diz que ela está com a coluna travada e não pode fazer nenhuma cirurgia (triste).
Entendi toda a situação e desisti na mesma hora de passar com ela.
Agora ela está com minha panorâmica da qual eu preciso para fazer a cirurgia com pessoas que realmente querem trabalhar e a Amanda é incapaz de deixar na portaria para que eu possa retirar. Já fui 2 vezes atoa retirar por ordem dela de que estaria lá e não tinha nada, ou seja, descaso total, não recomendo nunca esse ser humano.

During the consultation, Amanda tells me that I have to pay the cost of two drills (R$150.00 each) to perform the surgery (I already pay an agreement for this), I think it's strange but that's okay.
Before the surgery, I visit my professional dentist and explain the situation. The same says that this amount does not exist apart, the agreement already pays for the surgery including all expenses and stated that a drill does not cost more than R$10.00.
Due to the shame of others I felt about Amanda, I didn't question the value of the drill, I just asked for a receipt or invoice so I could send it to the agreement for reimbursement.
The same stops responding and does not answer. When she finally answers, the secretary says she has a locked spine and can't do any surgery (sad).
I understood the whole situation and gave up right away to go through with it.
Now she has my overview of what I need to do the surgery with people who really want to work and Amanda is unable to leave it at the front desk so I can take it off. I've been twice already withdrawing by order of her that I would be there and there was nothing, that is, total neglect, I never recommend this human being.
