★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu, há 2 semanas, havia marcado consulta com o psicologo, e hoje, ligando para confirmar, a atendente disse que não havia nenhuma consulta marcada! Eu, no mesmo dia da marcação, desmarquei mais 2 médicos que eu havia marcado, pois o psicologo era uma prioridade pra mim! Não é a primeira insatisfação que tenho com a Clínica! Meu namorado já teve de remarcar 3 vezes suas consultas em outra unidade! Acho isso um descaso com o cliente! Com certeza buscarei outra clínica que tenha um melhor atendimento!
I, 2 weeks ago, had made an appointment with the psychologist, and today, calling to confirm, the attendant said that there was no appointment scheduled! On the same day of the appointment, I deselected two more doctors that I had scheduled, because the psychologist was a priority for me! It is not the first dissatisfaction I have with the Clinic! My boyfriend has already had to reschedule his appointments 3 times in another unit! I find this a disregard for the client! I will definitely look for another clinic that has better care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade eu quero reclamar por causa da lista de espera pra psicólogo em pleno fim de ano, infelizmente... Mas não vou, porque consegui a vaga pro meu sobrinho com o cuidado e atenção que recebi, orientação, tirei as dúvidas e quero agradecer a recepção da clínica pra ser mais específica a crislayne porque eu tive que esperar sim, mas não muito. Muito grata mesmo.
In fact I want to complain about the waiting list for a psychologist at the end of the year, unfortunately ... But I'm not going, because I got the job for my nephew with the care and attention I received, guidance, cleared my doubts and I want to thank the reception of the clinic to be more specific to crislayne because I had to wait, yes, but not much. Very grateful indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, estou a meses tentando atendimento, o convênio já liberou devidamente as guias , e dizem que estão aguardando a liberação, não dão retorno, só enrolam, um verdadeiro descaso com o paciente, já cansei de tanta desculpa sem sentido, deveriam ser transparentes. Péssima clínica. Decepção.
I don't recommend it, I've been trying for months, the health insurance has already duly released the guides, and they say they are awaiting release, they don't give back, they just mess around, a real disregard for the patient, I'm tired of so much nonsense excuses, they should be transparent . Bad clinic. Disappointment.

Já faz mais de 8 meses que meu filho está na fila de espera para fono, e simplesmente eles dizem que não tem proficional para atender e que estão contratando
8 meses para contrar alguém.
Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei a clínica, espaço maravilhoso, mas a gerente aba é muito antiética, vi ela falando dos casos dos pacientes e ainda perguntando por que a clínica gastava dinheiro com "casos perdidos" meu filho não vai ficar num lugar em que é tratado como caso perdido. Sem contar a insistências dela em querer que chamem os terapeutas de doutores. Muito chata a situação, gostaria de entender o critério usado pra contratação desse tipo de funcionário
I loved the clinic, wonderful space, but the manager tab is very unethical, I saw her talking about patients' cases and still asking why the clinic spent money on "lost cases" my son will not stay in a place where he is treated as a lost case . Not to mention her insistence on wanting to call the therapists doctors. The situation is very annoying, I would like to understand the criteria used to hire this type of employee

1• foi o psicólogo fiquei sem atendimento e nem se quer encaixaram outro profissional para atender meu filho.
2• fonoaudióloga também saiu novamente fiquei sem atendimento novamente e nem se preocuparam em encaixar meu filho que é método ABA para outro profissional.
Well my experience was not good at all, they don't stop with professionals at the clinic!!!!
1• it was the psychologist, I was left without care and they didn't even fit another professional to care for my son.
2• speech therapist also left again, I was left without care again and they didn't even bother to fit my son who is ABA method to another professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sexta fui na minha consulta , não informaram que trocaram de terapeuta, e que iria me colocar em outro horário, segunda troca em menos de 8 meses , e nunca avisam
eles não param com profissionais na clínica!!!!
