★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a ser cliente de internet, pois não atendia ao prédio onde trabalho. Mas quando perguntei ficaram de ver a possibilidade, mandava mensagem no WhatsApp e não me respondia. Precisei ligar de outro telefone para o fixo para saber se poderiam atende tou não. Aí me informaram que não tinha como, pois não tinha poste próximo para puxar. Então, não conheço o serviço de internet, estou opinando quanto ao atendimento. Pois poderiam ter me dado um retorno.

Caso a internet saia do ar fora do horário comercial ou finais de semana só lhe resta abrir um protocolo e esperar o próximo dia útil. Os dias que vc fica sem internet não são deduzidos conforme regra da ANATEL e a empresa não se posiciona. Fora esse entrave o valor e acessível e permite um boa navegação.

O que me obriga a ir até a loja para ter as informações de que preciso.
Sugestão: Procurem uma agência de marketing digital para assessorar vocês.
