★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço está avaliação como crítica construtiva: o atendimento nesse local merece um treinamento comportamental, o Sebrae pode se encarregar disso. Quando atendem um cliente devem está cientes de que se for idoso devem redobrar a atenção pois existe um código do idoso para isso. A gerente do local nem sei o nome, deixa muito a desejar no resolução de problemas relacionada a atendimento a idoso. Deixando pessoas de 82 anos esperando e tratando com displicência. Já não é a primeira vez que vou nesse local agem dessa maneiras, este reflexo também bate nós vendedores. A pirâmide vem de cima, procurem entender a pirâmide de Maslow! Tudo passa até às empresas, basta ter uma concorrência melhor na cidade quê a visão da empresa pode mudar. Uma pena que em uma cidade tão pequena e com número grandes de idosos não tenha uma atenção especial aos clientes de sua cidade e de fora.

The manager of the place I don't even know the name, leaves a lot to be desired in the resolution of problems related to elderly care. Leaving 82-year-olds waiting and treating with carelessness. It's not the first time I've been to this place they act in this way, this reflex also hits us sellers. The pyramid comes from above, try to understand Maslow's pyramid! Everything passes to the companies, it is enough to have better competition in the city that the company's vision can change.
