★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, me refiro principalmente ao pós-venda. Compramos pratos, e chegaram com bolor. A loja não tomou nenhuma atitude, e nos mandaram ligar no SAC do fabricante. Isso foi totalmente errado, haja visto que a compra foi feita na SPICY.
Poor service, I refer mainly to after sales. We bought plates, and they arrived with mold. The store did not take any action, and we were sent to call the manufacturer's SAC. This was totally wrong, since the purchase was made at SPICY.

There was not even an extra bottle or refill of sodastream available! The device had to sell but when you buy you can't get the refill ... unfortunate mistake ... headache of a product that needs a refill ... procon? Perhaps ...
