Chegando lá, o proprietário me disse que só havia fabricado 10 peças e que não estavam prontas. Passados uns dias, ele foi entregar na portaria. As chaves foram reprovadas por questões de qualidade e aí começou meu calvário. Apesar de já estarem pagas, ainda não me foram entregues. Eu liguei e o proprietário disse que já estavam prontas para entrega, mas na verdade era mentira. Pois uma atendente disse faltar nota fiscal. E lá se vão dias. Realmente, não dão o menor valor ao cliente. Total desrespeito com prazo e sem a menor responsabilidade com qualidade. Eu não recomendo de maneira nenhuma. Um verdadeiro lixo de atendimento.
I bought 15 Spina bumpers for the company where I work. I agreed with the saleswoman and went to get it. Arriving there, the owner told me that he had only made 10 pieces and that they were not ready. After a few days, he went to deliver it to the concierge. The keys were disapproved for quality issues and then my ordeal began. Although they have already been paid, they have not yet been delivered to me. I called and the owner said they were ready for delivery, but it was a lie. Well, an attendant said she's missing an invoice. And there are days gone. They really do not give the customer any value. Total disrespect with deadline and without the slightest responsibility with quality. I do not recommend it at all. A real garbage of care.
