A Letícia é uma pessoa incrível e iluminada, a Dafne é a simpatia em pessoa, fizeram eu me sentir em casa. Agradeço também a Sonia e Dona Lene que fizeram meu vestido ficar impecável. I would say this is the best Atelier of Jundiai! I received a lot of referrals and the girls really do a great job and with a lot of love. Leticia is an amazing and enlightened person, Dafne is sympathy in person, made me feel at home. Thanks also to Sonia and Dona Lene who made my dress look flawless. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei impressionada com o atendimento. A Letícia entendeu o que eu queria e me trouxe vestidos maravilhosos. Todas meninas la mto dedicadas e simpáticas. Estou bem contente com o vestido escolhido e o melhor de td ... a loja tem um preço bem bacana.
I was impressed with the service. Letícia understood what I wanted and brought me wonderful dresses. All girls are very dedicated and friendly. I'm very happy with the chosen dress and the best of all ... the store has a very nice price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento foi bom, por fim acabei fechando o vestido( com um pouco de pressão), mas ok eu gostei!
Após fechar percebi que teria alguns problemas, a leticia falou que meu vestido seria bordado no mês seguinte, eu comecei a mandar msg perguntando, e ela me falou que eu era muit apressada( meu eu era noiva, não queria ver meu vestido pronto só na semana)
Na semana do meu casamento, parecia que ela queria fazer de tudo para me desestruturar (mas não conseguiu) marquei de ir buscar o arranjo de cabelo para o teste, ela me falou que iria me dar uma réplica, ok fui buscar ela me entregou uma coroa que nem cabia na minha cabeça, e não tinha nada a ver com o que eu escolhi, ela fez um papelão na frente da loja, e depois na prova do vestido ficava me chamando de estressada, até que eu dei um basta, e ela se tocou!
No dia de pegar meu vestido, a mesma coisa, sempre sendo irônica, mas por fim, ela não conseguiu me deixar nervosa, pq eu tinha os melhores profissionais a frente do meu casamento!
Mas se fosse pra escolher o vestido? NAO ESCOLHERIA NA SPLENDIDA
The first service was good, I ended up closing the dress (with a bit of pressure), but ok I liked it!
After closing I realized that I would have some problems, Leticia said that my dress would be embroidered the following month, I started to send msg asking, and she told me that I was very hurried (my I was engaged, I did not want to see my dress ready only in week)
In the week of my wedding, it seemed that she wanted to do everything to de-structure me (but could not) I ticked off to get the hairstyle for the test, she told me she would give me a replica, ok I went to get her she gave me a crown that did not fit in my head, and had nothing to do with what I chose, she made a cardboard in front of the store, and then in the proof of the dress she kept calling me stressed, until I stopped, and she if touched
The day of getting my dress, the same thing, always being ironic, but at last, she could not make me nervous, because I had the best professionals in front of my wedding!
But if it was to choose the dress? DO NOT CHOOSE IN SPLENDIDA

Cheguei no Ateliê sem agendar um horário, com data do evento já a menos de uma semana e ela não pensou duas vezes em ajudar me dando as melhores opções de vestidos, com disposição para ajustes e com um atendimento excelente!!
Com certeza irei voltar lá para os próximos eventos e recomendar de olhos fechados!!

I wanted to record here how satisfied and happy I am to have rented my godmother dress with Letícia!!
I arrived at the Atelier without scheduling an appointment, with the event date less than a week away and she didn't think twice about helping me by giving me the best dress options, willing to adjust and with excellent service!!
I will definitely go back there for the next events and recommend it with my eyes closed!!
