★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava na fila errada do Spoleto, apenas eu e uma senhora na minha frente. A atendente viu e não comentou nada, me avisando apenas quando a fila de pedidos estava formada com 4 clientes (quando cheguei, estava VAZIO). Achei muita falta de profissionalismo, ainda mais pelo jeito que ela disse, como se eu fosse obrigada a saber, e nem me encaminhou a passar na frente dos outros clientes, visto que estava esperando há muito mais tempo. Nunca mais voltarei.
 I was in the wrong line at Spoleto, just me and a lady in front of me. The attendant saw it and didn't comment anything, notifying me only when the order queue was formed with 4 customers (when I arrived, it was EMPTY). I thought it was very unprofessional, especially because of the way she said it, as if I had to know, and she didn't even direct me to pass in front of the other clients, as she had been waiting for a lot longer. I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frango macio, bem posicionado e bem temperado. Macarrão sem sal, molho de queijo sem gosto de queijo. Sugiro colocarem algum tipo de pimenta e torradas para quem quiser poder se servir após pegar o prato
Chicken tender, well positioned and well seasoned. Pasta without salt, cheese sauce without cheese taste. I suggest putting some kind of pepper and toast for those who want to be able to help themselves after picking up the dish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , funcionários da cozinha sem mascara , caixa arrogante, primeiro atendimento péssimo desatenção total , sabor piorou demais. Uma lasanha e uma coca lata 42 reais realmente um abuso por tão baixa qualidade … me coloco a disposição para explicar a decepção se necessário.
Terrible service, kitchen staff without masks, arrogant cashier, terrible first service, total inattention, taste got too bad. A lasagna and a coca can 42 reais really an abuse for such low quality … I am available to explain the disappointment if necessary.

Estive na unidade de Indaiatuba no Polo Shopping e encontrei uma mosca em meio a comida, devolvi o prato e pedi meu dinheiro de volta, a gerente chamada Cleonice veio me devolver o dinheiro com pouco caso e total desprezo como se achar mosca na comida fosse normal!!! Como pode uma rede de fast-food tão bem conceituada ter funcionários assim! Absurdo
Absurd!!!! I was at the Indaiatuba unit at Polo Shopping and found a fly among the food, I returned the plate and asked for my money back, the manager called Cleonice came to return the money to me with little care and total contempt, as if finding flies in the food was normal !!! How can such a reputable fast-food chain have such employees! Absurd

Very good pasta and sauce, but the service leaves something to be desired in addition to not offering grated cheese and toast.

Molho do macarrão horrível e quase nada de camarão, e o risoto era um arroz velho, vimos ela colocando na frigideira, com limão espremido e pouco camarão. Atendimento péssimo, funcionária tira máscara e fala em cima da comida. Nunca mais voltarei.
Disappointing, it felt like I was eating noodles! Terrible pasta sauce and almost no shrimp, and the risotto was stale rice, we saw her putting it in the pan, with squeezed lemon and little shrimp. Terrible service, employee takes off a mask and talks over the food. I will never go back.
