★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mulher do Caixa mal educada!! Pedi cardapio pois nao havia nenhum disponivel no salão e ela me ignorou 2x. Nao sabe trabalhar com público. Tantas pessoas querendo emprego e essa senhora claramente nao gosta do que faz. Revejam seus funcionários dessa unidade!
 Poorly educated cashier woman!! I asked for a menu as there was none available in the lounge and she ignored me 2x. Does not know how to work with the public. So many people wanting jobs and this lady clearly doesn't like what she does. Review your employees of this unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é ótima, os funcionários são educados e solícitos, minha única ressalva é que eu não recomendo comer lá em dias quentes, especialmente se for almoçar, pq o ar condicionado é praticamente inexistente. Saí molhado de suor de lá em um dia quente.
The food is great, the staff are polite and helpful, my only caveat is that I don't recommend eating there on hot days, especially if you're going to have lunch, because the air conditioning is practically non-existent. I walked out of there wet with sweat on a hot day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou autista e fui o primeiro a chegar no restaurante que abre as 11:30H ( sábado ) pois pra mim é muito difícil ficar em local barulhento e cheio, pedi 2 lasanhas e a atendente me informou que iria fazer e sumiu com os pratos vazios. Após 15 minutos de espera fui perguntar cadê minha comida, a outra atendente me informou que é feito em um forno que fica na parte de dentro da loja e que demora 8 minutos para ser preparada. Após 30 minutos de espera fui perguntar mais uma vez e a atendente não muito satisfeita pela minha pergunta, que no caso foi feita super educadamente por mim, disse que demora 10 minutos, sendo que a mesma disse que era 8 minutos de preparo e eu já estava lá a 30 minutos aguardando e nisso o restaurante foi enchendo e as pessoas que chegaram bem depois já estavam comendo e nisso nenhuma satisfação sobre a minha comida. Fui embora comer em outro lugar, achei muita falta de respeito ter que esperar 30 min por 2 lasanhas que não vi como estava sendo preparada e sem nenhuma satisfação sobre nada. Muito insatisfeito.
I am autistic and I was the first to arrive at the restaurant which opens at 11:30 am (Saturday) as it is very difficult for me to stay in a noisy and crowded place, I ordered 2 lasagna and the attendant informed me that she was going to make it and disappeared with the empty plates. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went to ask where my food was, the other attendant informed me that it is made in an oven that is inside the store and that it takes 8 minutes to be prepared. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to ask again and the attendant, not very satisfied with my question, which in this case was asked very politely by me, said that it takes 10 minutes, and she said that it was 8 minutes of preparation and I already I was there for 30 minutes waiting and in that the restaurant was filling up and the people who arrived later were already eating and in that no satisfaction about my food. I went to eat somewhere else, I found it very disrespectful to have to wait 30 minutes for 2 lasagna that I didn't see how it was being prepared and I didn't have any satisfaction about anything. Very unsatisfied.
