★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa! Porque não licos comentários antes de comer. Eu adoro Spoleto, mas esta é de longe a pior franquia que eu já comi. Parece que vem bem menos e como eu li em outros comentários, eu adoro alho assado e veio um monte cru.....atendimento também bem ruim.....
 Our! Why don't I read reviews before I eat. I love Spoleto, but this is by far the worst franchise I've ever eaten. It seems that it comes much less and as I read in other comments, I love roasted garlic and it came a lot raw.....service also very bad.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida estava péssima. Ingredientes em falta e alguns terminando, por isso foi economizada a quantidade na preparação. Cebolas picadas em quadrados gigantes e não refogada, ficando bem indigesto. Sem sal. Faltou tudo. Spoleto decaiu demais.
The food was bad. Missing ingredients and some running out, so quantity was saved in preparation. Onions chopped into giant squares and not sautéed, becoming quite indigestible. Without salt. Everything was missing. Spoleto has decayed too much.

A gerente ou líder gritava com os funcionários, deixava todo mundo nervoso, o pessoal não tem boa vontade pra trabalhar, derrubaram as panelas e a gerente gritou com o auxiliar de cozinha dizendo que ia descontar do salário dele. Depois ela avisou que as 22hs iria encerrar o atendimentos, chegou uma cliente as 22:01hs e quis servir ela disse que havia sido encerrado as 22hs, como a cliente questionou ter passado 1min ela liberou. Faltaram uns 3 ingredientes que eu queria, entre eles a massa lensei que foi pontual mas pelos comentários vi que é recorrente. O molho sem sabor, enfim, foi difícil e olhe que eu sou de boa pq tb tenho restaurante.
Sendo a franquia ou dono dessa unidade prestaria atenção, vc tá perdendo mta grana.
I believe it was the worst Spoleto I ever was.
The manager or leader yelled at the employees, it made everyone nervous, the staff is not willing to work, they knocked over the pans and the manager yelled at the kitchen assistant saying she was going to take it out of his salary. Afterwards, she announced that she would close the service at 10 pm, a client arrived at 10:01 pm and wanted to serve, she said that it had been closed at 10 pm, as the client questioned that 1min had passed, she released it. There were about 3 ingredients that I wanted, including the lensei dough, which was punctual, but from the comments I saw that it is recurrent. The unflavored sauce, in short, was difficult and look how good I am because I have a restaurant too.
Being the franchise or owner of this unit, pay attention, you're losing a lot of money.

Terrible service, not even to offer salsa and grated cheese worthless. Apart from the whole clove of garlic that was on my plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes com má vontade, revirando olhos para outros clientes. Nem ofertou queijo ralado, serviu também com má vontade. Só colocou (pouco, não questionou se queria mais) porque foi pedido. Prato feio, sem capricho algum. Unidade Campinas Viracopos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento foi Ok, o preço para um aeroporto tbm foi Ok. Talvez a porção estava um pouco menor que o comum, ou pode ser impressão. Recomendo muito o Allegro. Excelente opção.
Service was Ok, the price for an airport was also ok. Maybe the portion was a little smaller than usual, or it could be printing. I highly recommend Allegro. Excellent option.
