Só esquentaram no micro-ondas e falaram para o entregador trazer mas o frango não tinha gosto de nada, parecia água. A massa estava, sei lá, sem gosto. Jogaram um monte de tempero verde em cima da comida, nem fizeram questão de misturar
Enfim, parece que foi tudo feito c má vontade. Única coisa que gostei foi do chá gelado q eles vendem e nem são eles que fazem kkkkk
Se eu tivesse gastado o dinheiro q gastei nesse pedido, fazendo um almoço em casa, eu teria comido muito melhor e não estaria arrependida.
Mas talvez tenha sido o prato que escolhi. Deve haver outros melhores.
Mas melhorem isso, façam a comida com mais carinho, a gente não paga barato.
I ordered lunch and have never regretted it so much.
They just heated it up in the microwave and told the delivery boy to bring it but the chicken didn't taste like anything, it looked like water. The dough was, I don't know, tasteless. They threw a lot of green seasoning on top of the food, they didn't even make a point of mixing
Anyway, it seems that everything was done grudgingly. The only thing I liked was the iced tea they sell and they don't even make hahaha
If I had spent the money I spent on this order, making lunch at home, I would have eaten much better and I wouldn't be sorry.
But maybe it was the dish I chose. There must be better ones.
But improve it, make the food with more care, we don't pay cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive um boa experiência na última vez que fui na loja do parque shopping Belém, eles deram prioridade para quem pedia por aplicativo, enquanto quem estava na fila espera muito tempo(esperei 20min) até chega sua vez, além de não colocarem todo o macarrão da medida do pacote, por acidente, derramaram o molho e não adicionaram mais, pedi um suco de laranja natural e a laranja estava podre. Sem falar no talher de plástico que dificulta ainda mais.
Espero que melhorem isso, direcionem os pedidos de aplicativo pra uma loja específica já que não tem espaço na cozinha pra atender a demanda ou então encerrem o atendimento presencial e fiquei só com seus clientes de aplicativo.
I didn't have a good experience the last time I went to the store at Parque Shopping Belém, they gave priority to those who asked for an app, while those who were in line wait a long time (I waited 20 minutes) until their turn, in addition to not putting all the pasta from the measure of the package, by accident, they spilled the sauce and didn't add more, I asked for a natural orange juice and the orange was rotten. Not to mention the plastic cutlery that makes it even more difficult.
I hope they improve this, direct application requests to a specific store since there is no space in the kitchen to meet demand or end the face-to-face service and I'm just left with their application customers.
