Porém o que varia, e muito, entre as diferentes lojas é o padrão e qualidade do atendimento. Na loja do shopping Butantã, por exemplo, o atendimento é ruim.
O atendente não estava nem de uniforme, muito menos era simpático. Atendia com má vontade.
A praça de alimentação do shopping não possui muitas opções, mas Spoleto não deveria ser a preferência.

But what varies, and a lot, between different stores is the standard and quality of service. In the Butantã mall store, for example, the service is poor.
The attendant was not even in uniform, much less sympathetic. He answered with ill will.
The mall's food court does not have many options, but Spoleto should not be the preference.

I ordered a shrimp risotto and it was wonderful! The service was quick and very kind! I recommend ordering a dulce de cannoli for dessert, it melts in your mouth!
