Sugestão para franquia deveria ter a opção para o consumidor pagar por quantidade maior na massa.

Suggestion for deductible should have the option for the consumer to pay for larger quantity in bulk.

Meu filho ama o Spoleto. Quinta-feira, dia 20/01/2022, fomos jantar no Spoleto do Litoral Plaza shopping. Meu filho fez o pedido primeiro, e enquanto, o prato dele gratinava no forno.....UMA MOSCA VAREJEIRA, ENORME, AZULADA, passeava sobre os ingredientes expostos na vitrine, imediatamente, avisei as atendentes. MOSCA VAREJEIRA, coloca vermes ONDE POUSA.
O que vcs podem fazer para solucionar e evitar que isso aconteça?
Good night.
My son loves Spoleto. Thursday, 01/20/2022, we went to dinner at Spoleto in Litoral Plaza shopping. My son ordered first, and while his plate was gratin in the oven..... A HUGE, BLUE BLOWER FLY was walking over the ingredients displayed in the window, I immediately warned the attendants. BOTTLE FLY, put worms WHERE IT LAND.
What can you do to fix and prevent this from happening?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a picanha veio crua pedi para o pessoal assar de novo , simplesmente cortaram ela e jogaram na chapa , simplesmente horrível devolvi e peguei o meu $$$$ de volta lembrando que foi 4 refeições o gerente baixinho não tem nenhum compromisso com os clientes não recomendo !!!!!!
I asked for the picanha, it came raw, I asked the staff to bake it again, they just cut it and threw it on the grill, just awful I returned it and got my $$$$ back remembering that it was 4 meals the short manager has no commitment to customers no I recommend !!!!!!
