★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior dos atendimentos. Pedi ontem uma massa. A comida veio mal embalada e toda esparramada na sacola de pepel. E caiu toda no chão e quando tentei entrar em contato com o restaurante o número estava como se não existisse. Fiquei com fome e no prejuízo. Mas vou procurar quem me defenda
The worst of the calls. I ordered a pasta yesterday. The food came badly packaged and spread out in the bag of gherkins. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que erram minha massa no momento do preparo do prato. Além do péssimo atendimento, desatentos, apressados no preparo e também que façamos as escolhas de ingredientes. Sempre falta os itens que a gente mesmo pode colocar, como: manjericão, salsa e cebolinha, etc. Hoje realmente foi a última vez, espero não esquecer daquele atendente mascando chiclete e me dizendo com o erro da massa: "hoje chefe, a massa vai ser outra, tem problema?"
Já tenho dito para os amigos que se tem lugar ruim de comer é no spoleto do sider shopping.
This is not the first time they miss my pasta when preparing the dish. Besides the poor service, inattentive, rushed in the preparation and also that we make the choices of ingredients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um prato onde não havia adicional, e o funcionário pediu para que escolhesse 4 adicionais, onde eu não sabia que o meu prato não seria possível solicitar o adicional. Até aí tudo bem, pois não faço questão de pagar 4,90 pelo adicional do spoleto. A questão foi quando uma das funcionárias se intrometeu e disse que seria como adicional sendo que o erro nao era meu. Informou que ta tudo explicado no prato, mas eu lhe disse que se tivesse bem explicado teria informado antes do transtorno. Péssimo atendimento, onde reconhecer o erro seria tão mais simples e eu não teria questionado o serviço que ao menos os funcionários deveriam saber. Meu prato por fim, foi bem preparado pelo funcionário, apesar do mesmo ter dito na situação algo que o mesmo não explicou. Funcionário prepara os pratos com excelência, mas deve estar melhorando a sua comunicação com os clientes, pois outro no meu lugar, teria feito algo diferente de mim.
I requested a dish where there was no additional, and the employee asked me to choose 4 additional ones, where I did not know that my dish would not be possible to request the additional. So far so good, as I don't care to pay 4.90 for the spoleto surcharge. The issue was when one of the employees butted in and said that it would be additional since the error was not mine. He informed that everything is explained on the plate, but I told him that if he had explained it well I would have informed him before the inconvenience. Bad service, where recognizing the error would be so much simpler and I would not have questioned the service that at least employees should know. Finally, my dish was well prepared by the employee, despite the fact that he said something in the situation that he did not explain. Employee prepares the dishes with excellence, but must be improving his communication with customers, because someone in my place would have done something different from me.
