★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que ficou muito seco, pedi pra colocar mais uma concha o atendente me olhou com uma cara que parecia que eu estava pedindo favor. Achei um absurdo tirarem alcaparras, camarão, cani, salmão.
I thought it was very dry, asked to put another shell the attendant looked at me with a face that looked like I was asking for favor. I found it absurd to have capers, shrimp, cani, salmon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade com muita má vontade e quantidade de ingredientes muito abaixo do praticado em todas as outras unidades. Tive que pedir 3 porções de ovo para conseguir contar 6 metades no prato.
Poor quality service with a lot of ill will and quantity of ingredients well below that practiced in all other units. I had to order 3 servings of egg to be able to count 6 halves on the plate.

Unico que não monta a massa na frigideira para posteriormente grelhar, vai tudo para o forno sem misturar ou fritar os ingredientes. Atendentes mal educados e rispidos com o cliente!!
Worst Spoleto restaurant of the Group, and I have already eaten in more than 20 spread over Brazil, the franchise should review the service. The only one that does not mount the dough in the frying pan for later grilling, goes everything to the oven without mixing or frying the ingredients. Poor and polite attendants with the customer !!
