★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes no local. Realmente possuem equipamentos conservados para musculação... Mas na parte de aeróbico, esteiras particularmente, deixam a desejar. Possuem esteiras com uma certa inclinação(45 graus ou acima) que torna difícil a prática de exercícios como hit (tb chamado de explosão) e correr tb. Ja que o aeróbico é essencial para quem quer perder peso. Sendo que no dia que fui a instrutora me infomou que essa inclinação era essencial para ganhar força. Pois se não houvesse seria fácil demais...Em outras palavras as esteiras ficam nesse ângulo de inclinação r não podem ser alteradas

They have treadmills with a certain inclination (45 degrees or above) which makes it difficult to practice exercises such as hit (also called explosion) and running too. Since aerobics is essential for anyone who wants to lose weight. Since the day I was the instructor she informed me that this inclination was essential to gain strength. Because if there weren't, it would be too easy... In other words, the treadmills are at this inclination angle r and cannot be changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome agora e apolo academia.nao paga matrícula e sim o mês que vc vai malhar, custa 60. Esquenta 7 tem bebedouro ,mais levo minha água mineral,porém lá vende água mineral um tipo de energético,e Danone natural,sempre tem dóis instrutores,só não aconselho malhar a tarde ,pois mesmo com ventilador e um forno kkk.mais o atendimento e legal .e lá são dois andares,tem aulas de dança mais só a noite.o problema e que pequeno ,e os instrutores não estão todo tempo do seu lado para isso tem que pagar.logico kkk alguns instrutores são mais atentos e dedicados.
The name now is apolo academia. You don't pay registration, but the month you go to work out, it costs 60. It's hot 7 has a drinking fountain, but I take my mineral water, but there sells mineral water a type of energy, and natural Danone, always has aches instructors, I just don't advise working out in the afternoon, because even with a fan and an oven lol.more the service is nice.and there are two floors, there are dance classes but only at night.the problem is how small, and the instructors are not all the time on your side for that you have to pay.logico kkk some instructors are more attentive and dedicated.
