Acho que o exame médico deveria ser em outro Horário não no mesmo do fit dance não dá pra escutar nada que o médico fala fora isso muito bom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que falar dessa academia sem comentários. Não tem o que falar. Estou nela a 6 anos ou seja desde qdo abriu. Só parei na Pan. Mas voltei com todo, Pq a Academia ceaf é a melhor em tudo que faz. Dês dos aparelhos que são EXELENTE até os profs e os atendentes.
What to say about this gym without comments. There's nothing to say. I've been on it for 6 years, that is, since it opened. I just stopped at Pan. But I came back with everything, because the Ceaf Academy is the best in everything it does. From the appliances that are EXELENTE to the profs and attendants.

A natação e a hidroginástica e é o que mais gosto.
Foi como professor Diogo que perdi o medo de piscina. Quando comecei tinha medo até de entrar na água e hj com a equipe maravilhosa que tem a academia já me considero uma campeã na natação.
Recomendo sempre que alguém fala que quer fazer academia .

The best gym in the region. With highly qualified and educated professionals.
Swimming and water aerobics is what I like the most.
It was as Professor Diogo that I lost my fear of swimming. When I started, I was afraid to even get into the water and today, with the wonderful team that has the gym, I already consider myself a champion in swimming.
I recommend it whenever someone says they want to go to the gym.

Faço hidroginástica e aparelhagem. Na hidro, um único ponto negativo seria o excesso de pessoas num mesmo horário. Isso acaba forçando alguns irem pra parte mais funda da piscina e não conseguirem executar os exercícios de forma correta. Na parte de musculação, um único ponto negativo é que pela manhã, no horário que faço, ficam algumas pessoas gritando e isso incomoda pq saimos de casa ou, como no meu caso, vou do serviço direto pra academia, tenho que ficar ouvindo essa gritaria. No mais, excelente academia. Merece 5 estrelas!!!

I do water aerobics and equipment. In the hydro, a single negative point would be the excess of people at the same time. This ends up forcing some to go to the deepest part of the pool and not be able to perform the exercises correctly. In terms of weight training, the only negative point is that in the morning, at the time I do it, some people are screaming and this bothers us because we leave the house or, as in my case, I go straight from work to the gym, I have to listen to this screaming . Other than that, excellent gym. Deserves 5 stars!!!
