★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei aqui durante um ano pois passei em uma faculdade pública e por problemas com a dona do apartamento (apartamento insalubre) tive que sair. Os apartamentos são velhos. Morei no pior apartamento do condomínio. As portas dos cômodos não tinham maçaneta, no banheiro vazava esgoto e Box não era selado, vazando água ao tomar banho. Possui uma lanchonete barulhenta nos finais de semana, playground, piscinas e até sauna. No geral, o condomínio é razoável, mas veja o local onde irá morar, pois dependendo do bloco pode ser que você fique de frente com a lanchonete e o playground (como foi meu caso). Tirando isso, é uma boa localização pois fica do lado de Shopping, atacado e loja de construção.
 I lived here for a year because I spent in a public college and because of problems with the owner of the apartment (unhealthy apartment) I had to leave. The apartments are old. I lived in the worst condominium apartment. The doors of the rooms had no knobs, the bathroom leaked sewage and Box was not sealed, water leaking when showering. It has a noisy diner at weekends, playground, pools and even sauna. Overall, the condominium is reasonable, but look at where you live, depending on the block you may be facing the snack bar and the playground (as was my case). Apart from this, it is a good location as it is on the shopping, wholesale side and construction shop.
