★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, ganhei um tênis e quando fui trocar não tinha mais a numeração nem modelo, ao tentar realizar a troca em outra loja da rede conforme orientado pelo vendedor procurei a loja do shopping barueri parque shopping, onde fui completamente ignorada só por se tratar de troca.
A orientação simplesmente é que só pode trocar na loja de origem, mesmo querendo efetuar uma compra por que nessa unidade tinha o modelo que desejava ainda assim não tive conclusão no atendimento. Desta forma mesmo que quisesse comprar outra coisa seria impossível.

The guideline is simply that you can only exchange them at the original store, even though I wanted to make a purchase because that unit had the model I wanted, I still didn't have a conclusion in the service. That way even if I wanted to buy something else it would be impossible.
