★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INSATISFAÇÃO , por não conseguir trocar um tênis que comprei e não serviu o tamanho , voltei na loja em menos de 24h pra trocar e alegaram que o mesmo ja estava usado, mesmo não tendo sido usado. Não sei qual critério que usaram, foi a primeira compra na loja , não recomendo.
DISSATISFACTION, for not being able to change a shoe I bought and it didn't fit the size, I returned to the store in less than 24 hours to change it and claimed that it was already used, even though it was not used. I don't know what criteria they used, it was the first purchase in the store, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei tênis do meu namorado dia 12 /06/18 porém não gostei da cor e fui fazer a troca dia 13 /06/18 chegando lá fiquei muito constrangida, o vendedor falou que não iriam fazer a troca por que eu teria usado um pé do tênis ,eu não usei o tênis e se tivesse usando teria usando os dois pés não só um . muito sem noção esse vendedor vou procurar meus direitos???? .
I got sneakers from my boyfriend on 06/12/18 but I didn't like the color and went to make the exchange on 06/13/18 when I got there I was very embarrassed, the seller said they wouldn't make the exchange because I would have used a foot sneakers, I didn't use sneakers and if I had, I would have used both feet, not just one. very clueless this seller will look for my rights????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida. Tanto vendedor como a caixa outros colaboradores da lojs foram muito atenciosos. E olha que voltei pra trocar 2 vezes um tênis pra criança por motivo de numeração. Só achei que para criança tem pouca variedade. O preço é de mercado, nada além. Gostei. Foi minha 1a.compra nesta loja.
I was very well attended. Both seller and box the other staff at Lojs were very attentive. And look, I came back to change a pair of sneakers for the child because of numbering. I just thought that for children it has little variety. The price is market, nothing more. Liked it. It was my 1a.compra in this store.
