★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito bonito e bem cuidado. Casas bonitas e padronizadas. Ruas calçadas e muito boa infraestrutura. Não vou dar 5 estrelas porque o acesso ao condomínio não é bom e o condomínio fica muito longe de Natal/RN dificultando a seus moradores o deslocamento ao trabalho e escolas. Quando digo muito longe, é muito longe mesmo.
The condo is very nice and well maintained. Beautiful, patterned houses. Paved streets and very good infrastructure. I will not give 5 stars because the access to the condominium is not good and the condominium is too far from Natal/RN, making it difficult for its residents to travel to work and schools. When I say too far, it is too far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não têm condições de moradia adequado, a coleta de lixo muitas vezes passa só uma vez na semana, não têm sinal de celular ônibus é a cada 1hora, só têm ônibus até às 21:00 e domingo e feriado não têm!! Totalmente diferente das propagandas na TV e redes sociais
They don't have adequate housing conditions, garbage collection often only happens once a week, they don't have a cell phone signal, buses run every 1 hour, buses only until 9:00 pm and Sundays and holidays they don't have any!! Totally different from advertisements on TV and social media

Esses são os principais ponto que deve coloca em análise imediatamente! Pra quem não tem trasporte, e precisa ser locomover de ônibus é um pouco ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora o local ainda esteja em construção e expansão, os poucos moradores que ali já vivem possuem aspecto de favelado, muita música alta e o local possuem poucos comércios quase que nenhum , a poeira e o barulho do canteiro de obras tomam conta do local.
