Desta última vez passei poucos dias e precisei apenas do esquema de diárias devido ao pouco tempo que passei em Icoaraci, porém como se não bastasse a diária de R$ 15,00 que já é um preço considerável, VOCÊ PAGA E NÃO TEM DIREITO AO TREINO CARDIOPULMONAR/ AERÓBICO!!! Onde já se viu isso? Única academia que malhei que proíbe o uso das esteiras, elípticos e afins como aquecimento antes da musculação. Você paga 15 reais numa diária apenas pra puxar peso e quando questionada sobre a possibilidade de incluir o acesso aos outros equipamentos mesmo pagando mais caro a atendente disse que não tinha essa opção e procurasse outra academia. ABSURDO! Só tem direito quem pagar o mês! Além do preço da diária estar acima do mercado, tirar o acesso aos aeróbicos que todos sabem da importância no treino especialmente em quem tem outros objetivos sem ser hipertrofia chega a ser um insulto! Deviam rever isso. LAMENTÁVEL!
The gym has a good structure, I already had the opportunity to work out in it during a period that I spent 15 days in Belém visiting my parents. This last time I spent a few days and just needed the daily schedule due to the little time I spent in Icoaraci, but as if the R $ 15.00 daily rate, which is already a considerable price, was not enough, YOU PAY AND DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRAIN CARDIOPULMONARY / AEROBIC !!! Where have you seen this? The only gym I worked out forbidding the use of treadmills, ellipticals and the like as a warm-up before weight training. You pay 15 reais a day just to pull weight and when asked about the possibility of including access to other equipment even paying more expensive, the attendant said that she did not have this option and looked for another gym. ABSURD! Only those who pay the month are entitled! In addition to the daily rate being above the market, taking away access to aerobics that everyone knows of the importance of training, especially for those who have other goals other than hypertrophy, is an insult! You should review this. UNFORTUNATE!
