★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos numa pandemia ainda, mas parece que dentro da academia sport Fitness do engenho de Dentro não existe mais pandemia, começando pelos funcionários e professores que ficam sem máscara e quando está com a máscara, está no queixo. Os alunos muitos sem máscara e outros com máscara no queixo, pouquíssimo alunos respeitando os protocolos. Faço uso do gympass e não piso meus pés mais aí enquanto estivermos em pandemia. Uma pena, academia com excelente estrutura. Espero que os donos da rede possam ser mais rígidos com seus funcionários e clientes.
 We are still in a pandemic, but it seems that inside the Sport Fitness academy ingenio de Dentro there is no more pandemic, starting with employees and teachers who don't have a mask and when they have a mask on, it's on their chin. Many students without a mask and others with a mask on their chin, very few students respecting the protocols. I use gympass and don't step on my feet there anymore while we are in a pandemic. A shame, gym with excellent structure. I hope the network owners can be tougher with their employees and customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor academia da região. Ótimos profissionais. Aulas coletivas são maravilhosas. E os professores de natação são muito pacientes e atenciosos com as crianças!
Best gym in the region. Great professionals. Group classes are wonderful. And the swimming teachers are very patient and considerate with the kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Razoável. Um pouco pequena, recepcionista pouco simpática, os instrutores não ensinam como manusear os equipamentos em caso de se adequar ao seu tamanho, então tudo você tem que perguntar. Acredito que seria uma boa falar aos instrutores que orientar os alunos sobre o manuseio dos equipamentos para ajustes seria essencial, eles aproveitariam melhor o tempo, pois iriam reduzir os chamados só pra isso.
Reasonable. A little small, receptionist not very friendly, the instructors don't teach you how to handle the equipment in case it suits your size, so everything you have to ask. I believe it would be a good idea to tell the instructors that guiding students on how to handle equipment for adjustments would be essential, they would make better use of their time, as they would reduce calls just for that.

Não entendo como alguém tão despreparado com vendas pode estar trabalhando em um local desses. Me senti extremamente constrangido ao fazer perguntas basicas... Conheço a academia, já malhei por lá em outras oportunidades, porém, dessa vez preferi me retirar... total insatisfação com a menina que fica na parte da manhã na recepção!!
Look, I couldn't even get in... I was willing to pay the monthly fee but the girl at the reception was so rude that I chose to leave. I don't understand how someone so unprepared for sales could be working in such a place. I felt extremely embarrassed asking basic questions... I know the gym, I've worked out there on other occasions, however, this time I preferred to retire... total dissatisfaction with the girl who stays at the reception in the morning!!
