★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pilates é muito bom, com horários acessíveis. As professoras fisioterapeutas são muito atenciosas e adequam os exercícios pra realidade de cada aluno. Há locais para estacionamento cerca. Há acesso para cadeirantes, sempre tem alguém na recepção para atender. O local é limpo, tem bebedouro de fácil acesso.
Pilates is very good, with accessible times. The physical therapist teachers are very attentive and adapt the exercises to the reality of each student. There are parking spaces around. There is wheelchair access, there is always someone at the reception to assist. The place is clean, has a drinking fountain easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, eu nunca fui tão maltratada em uma academia. No primeiro dia cair na besteira de pagar 6meses(morando perto ficaria bom, então aproveitei e paguei). Mas nesse primeiro dia fui mal atendida pela recepcionista que fez cara feia até por causa de um recibo que solicitei separado do da minha amiga. Outro dia não deu para ir à tarde cujo horário que frequento mais e adoro o Professor Yan ( muito educado), fui pela manhã, mas pra quer? O professor tão ignorante, só por que eu sentei pra fazer o exercício o mesmo gritou na frente dos outros alunos dizendo que tava errado. Quando eu respondi que aprendi assim o mesmo respondeu: duvido! Tipo: eu minto? Então ele quis dizer que sou uma pessoa [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui]? Sai da academia, não fui mas o horário da manhã, ou melhor, nao tenho mais nem vontade de ir, estou pensando seriamente deixar pra lá esse dinheiro que paguei.
Look, I've never been so badly treated in a gym. The first day I fell into the bullshit of paying 6months (living near would be good, so I took it and paid). But that first day I was poorly attended by the receptionist who frowned even over a receipt that I requested separately from my friend's. The other day I could not go to the afternoon whose schedule I go to most and I love Professor Yan (very polite), I went in the morning, but what do you want? The teacher so ignorant, just because I sat down to do the same exercise shouted in front of the other students saying it was wrong. When I answered that I learned the same, he replied: I doubt it! Type: I lie? So he meant that I am a person [Edited by Claim Here]? I left the academy, I did not go but the time of the morning, or rather, I do not want to go any more, I am seriously thinking of leaving there that money that I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha queixa principal se deve a falta de conforto na sala de espera. Local extremamente quente. Não há ar condicionado e nem se quer um ventilador. E o sol bate de frente com a sala de espera.
Os móveis estão mal conservados, rasgados.
My main complaint is the lack of comfort in the waiting room. Extremely hot place. There is no air conditioning and you don't even want a fan. And the sun hits the waiting room head on.
The furniture is poorly maintained, torn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim a atendente não olha pra pessoa não tem máscara se o paciente precisar. Horrível vc pode até ser assaltado porá porta é aberta o tempo todo e o atendimento não te oferece nem uma segurança.
Very bad service, the attendant does not look at the person, there is no mask if the patient needs it. Horrible you can even be robbed because the door is open all the time and the service doesn't even offer you security.
