★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não tive a experiência de pode expressar o atendimento desta academia, por que até o presente momento, ainda não marcaram a avaliação da minha esposa que precisa fazer musculação terapêutica.
Isso é uma falha muito grande com o cliente. Desde sábado passado que solicitamos a academia a avaliação por parte do profissional, já que este requisito é essencial para o inico da modalidade por minha esposa.
Minha esposa tem todos os laudos médicos e exames e bem como a recomendação do traumatologista para a prática da musculação terapêutica. E penso que a demora em se marcar uma avaliação acaba por si só atrasando o inicio da atividade e resultando em ela não alcançar os resultados.
Fica a minha critica para que a Sport Way melhore essa forma de atender os clientes que procuram pelos serviços oferecidos.

 I have not yet had the experience of expressing the assistance of this academy, because until now, they have not yet scheduled my wife's assessment that she needs to do therapeutic weight training.
This is a very big failure with the customer. Since last Saturday, we asked the academy for an evaluation by the professional, since this requirement is essential for my wife to start the sport.
My wife has all the medical reports and exams and the recommendation of the traumatologist for the practice of therapeutic bodybuilding. And I think that the delay in making an assessment ends up delaying the start of the activity and resulting in it not reaching the results.
My criticism remains for Sport Way to improve this way of serving customers looking for the services offered.
