★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei trocar um tênis que não serviu pra meu filho e a gerente não quis trocar , disse que foi usado, mas não foi ele só andou dentro de casa pra provar . O tênis vai ficar sem uso e eu no prejuízo. Fiquei muito contento com o atendimento ao comprar, mas depois infelizmente perdeu um cliente. O tênis está intacto na caixa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um tênis Adidas vim retirar por que no dia não tinha o número depois de 4 dias venho retirar e veio o número errado. Solicitei o cancelamento da compra uma vez que não tem o produto que venderam. Mas gerente da loja não cancelou a compra. Ainda fiquei plantada na loja. Péssimo atendendimento não dos funcionários que apenas cumprem ordem. Mas do próprio que deveria ter mais respeito aos seus clientes. Não compro e nem indico a loja para ninguém.
I bought an Adidas sneakers I came to pick it up because on the day I didn't have the number after 4 days I came to pick it up and the wrong number came. I requested the cancellation of the purchase as it does not have the product they sold. But store manager did not cancel the purchase. I was still planted in the store. Bad service not from the employees who just follow orders. But from itself they should have more respect to their customers. I don't buy or recommend the store to anyone.
