Porém muitas pessoas de bem fazendo caminhada e esporte, falta o estado ou prefeitura disponibilizar viatura o dia todo.
Terrible place! Lack of police, many people using drugs.
But many good people doing walking and sports, lack the state or city hall to provide a car all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays there's more intensive patrolling around it, Even though still exists cannabis smokers by the sundown.
The place is really great to come with kids, run, hanging with friends, talk with a girl... It's romantic, and the lights helps a lot in it.
I'd recommend that if you're coming with kids, warn them about the car traffic which is extremely high around sometimes.
