Tem um biscoito de arroz de barbecue que é uma delícia!! E a gerente Gal é um doce de pessoa e sempre responde todas minhas dúvidas. Sou cliente fiel e não troco por nada.
Best drive! Wonderful and cordial service! Even away from my home, I insist on always going there! You find everything q flour there! There's a barbecue rice cracker that is delicious !! And manager Gal is a sweet person and always answers all my questions. I am a loyal customer and do not exchange for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente assídua do Sr. a Granel, indo na loja umas duas a três vezes por semana. Sempre fui bem tratada mas hoje achei o atendimento péssimo. Cheguei na loja as 19h02, debaixo de uma chuva torrencial. Havia uns 5 a 6 funcionarios dentro da loja e alguns clientes, apesar da porta de vidro estar encostada. Bati na porta e os funcionários me mandaram ir embora. Achei pouco caso e acho que nao custava nada me atender, ainda mais pela esforço que eu fiz de descer lá com toda esta chuva (com tudo alagado). Depois do ocorrido, ainda na porta, liguei na loja, pois queria relatar o fato para a proprietária. Uma funcionária de nome Gal me tratou novamente com pouco caso. Me deu vontade de não voltar mais aqui.
Obs.: Problema resolvido! Acabaram de perder a cliente. Fui na Diet Fit (só atravessar a rua), que fecha as 9 horas e vende os mesmos produtos pelos mesmos preços.
I am a regular customer of Mr. a Bulk, going to the store about two to three times a week. I've always been treated well but today I found the service to be terrible. I arrived at the store at 7:02 pm, under a torrential rain. There were about 5 to 6 employees inside the store and some customers, despite the glass door being pushed up. I knocked on the door and the staff told me to leave. I didn't think much of it and I think that it didn't cost me anything, especially because of the effort I made to get down there with all this rain (with everything flooded). After what happened, still at the door, I called the store, because I wanted to report the fact to the owner. An employee named Gal treated me again with little regard. I felt like not coming back here anymore.
Note: Problem solved! They just lost their client. I went to Diet Fit (just across the street), which closes at 9 am and sells the same products for the same prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que se esqueceram de que o cliente é a razão da existência deles... Respeito totalmente as regras da pandemia, mas eles não estão sabendo como usá-las. Deixam o cliente em pé na fila de entrada, mesmo havendo como atendê-lo e sequer olham para a fila para monitorá-la, permitindo novas entradas. Dessa forma, sem saber como proceder, o cliente entra na loja e é repreendido pelos atendentes que, secamente, mandam a pessoa voltar para a fila. Enfim, bancam os cuidadosos, mas não sabem como gerir esse cuidado. Penso que: não basta oferecer um bom produto; é fundamental que se atenda bem o clinte, evitando constrangimentos como o citado, por exemplo. Passei por essa situação desagradável e, obviamente, fui comprar em outra loja. Felizmente, o que não está faltando em BH é esse tipo de loja. E com bom atendimento...
I think they forgot that the customer is their reason for existence... I totally respect the pandemic rules, but they don't know how to use them. They leave the customer standing in the entry line, even though there is a way to serve him, and they don't even look at the queue to monitor it, allowing new entries. Thus, without knowing how to proceed, the customer enters the store and is reprimanded by the attendants who, curtly, send the person back to the queue. In short, they are careful, but they don't know how to manage this care. I think: it's not enough to offer a good product; it is essential to serve the client well, avoiding constraints such as the one mentioned, for example. I went through this unpleasant situation and obviously went shopping at another store. Fortunately, what is not lacking in BH is this type of store. And with good service...
