★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que cheguei em TORITAMA fui cliente de vcs em virtude do bom atendimento que tinha recebido. Hoje não Mais!
Fui cortar meu cabelo e não sabia que havia um app para marcar.
Gentilmente um funcionário olhou para mim e viu que havia um horário para as 20 h , aguardei.
Às 19:40 h um outro terminou o cliente e se dirigiu a mim perguntando o que iria fazer. Informei que barba, cabelo e sobrancelha.
O barbeiro então informou que só poderia fazer 1 serviço e que eu escolhesse, pq demoraria 40 minutos em casa um deles.
Nunca em 02 anos eu demorei 40 minutos nos dois e quando o outro barbeiro disse que meus serviçossao rápidos ele disse: então faça vc.
A partir de hoje vcs perderam um cliente fidelizado.
Nunca mais pretendo ir nessa barbearia.

I went to get my hair cut and didn't know there was an app to bookmark.
Gently an employee looked at me and saw that there was a time for 20:00, I waited.
At 19:40 another one finished the client and approached me asking what I was going to do. I informed you that beard, hair and eyebrow.
The barber then informed that he could only do 1 service and that I would choose, because it would take 40 minutes at home for one of them.
Never in 02 years did I take 40 minutes on both and when the other barber said my services are fast he said: so do it.
As of today you have lost a loyal customer.
I never intend to go to that barbershop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO, Você paga uma fortuna pelo serviço ser executado por amadores, uma fortuna para o suposto profissional cortar o cabelo e barba do jeito que eles querem e não do jeito que você solicita.
Pedi para tirar o menos possível da minha barba e destruíram ela, 3 meses deixando crescer para um casamento, estou considerando colocar eles na justiça por danos morais pois fui padrinho de um casamento. NÃO ENTREM NESTE LUGAR. Nunca mais eu volto

I asked to remove as little of my beard as possible and they destroyed it, 3 months letting it grow for a wedding, I'm considering taking them to justice for moral damages because I was best man at a wedding. DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE. I never come back
