★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma obra desta empresa ao lado do meu prédio. E durante boa parte da obra, nunca vi nenhum funcionário utilizando equipamento de segurança. E o resto de obra como cascalhos e sujeira, são lançados dos andares altos correndo o risco de danificar algo dos outros prédios no entorno. Deixaram minha janela bloqueada e suja para realização de um serviço na obra. Péssima administração.
There is a work by this company next to my building. And during much of the work, I never saw any employee wearing safety equipment. And the rest of the work, like gravel and dirt, is thrown from the high floors at the risk of damaging something from the other buildings in the surroundings. They left my window blocked and dirty to carry out a service on the construction site. Bad administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabamento de péssima qualidade, não existe esquadro nas paredes, a planta hidráulica não corresponde a realidade, Engenheiro não atende as ligações. Não recomendo, foi o primeiro e último. Fujam da dor de cabeça.
Poor quality finish, there is no square on the walls, the hydraulic plant does not correspond to reality, Engineer does not answer calls. I don't recommend it, it was the first and last. Run away from the headache.
