★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho extremamente penoso um ambiente que conquista os clientes no começo e depois de sua “popularidade” perde o apreço com os mesmos.
A pizza antes era boa, o preço estava na média, tudo ia bem, até que simplesmente decaiu MUITO.
Sempre que peço o delivery as pizzas vem trocadas, a de frango vem estocada de TANTO sal. Quando falo TANTO, vcs nem imaginam a proporção... sem contar as vezes que já fui comer e super mal recebida pelos garçons.
Ja orientei a gerência muitas e muitas vezes, mas de nada valeu; Uma pena preferirem perder clientes a mudar a cozinha que negativamente compromete bastante. Já cheguei a pedir pizza e vir com vidros. Deveriam fechar!
 I find it extremely painful an environment that conquers customers in the beginning and after its “popularity” loses its appreciation for them.
The pizza was good before, the price was average, everything was going well, until it just dropped a LOT.
Whenever I order delivery, the pizzas are exchanged, the chicken one is stocked with SO much salt. When I say SO MUCH, you guys can’t even imagine the proportion ... not counting the times I’ve been to eat and I’m very poorly received by the waiters.
I have guided management many, many times, but it was worthless; A pity they prefer to lose customers than to change the kitchen which negatively compromises a lot. I've already ordered pizza and come with glasses. They should close!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço em relação ao sabor é justo, mas a pizzaria é de uma ineficiência que nunca vi igual. Perdi as contas das vezes em que o pedido chegou EXTREMAMENTE atrasado, já aconteceu do pedido não chegar e, além de tudo, às vezes chega com um sabor totalmente diferente do que foi pedido. Já fui comer lá o atendimento ñ é bom, além de lento o garçom e a garçonete que me atenderam estavam super de mau humor, parece q eles são treinados apenas p/ delivery apesar da tamanha ineficiência desse serviço, o pessoal do caixa discutindo, um ambiente pesado. É uma pena, porque teria potencial para crescer muito, a pizza é gostosa quando não chega uma "pia" de sal. Era cliente fiel, pelo menos 3x na semana eu pedia um combo, mas hoje prefiro pagar mais caro em outro local de sabor equivalente do que me submeter a um serviço ruim como o dessa pizzaria. Não falharam uma ou duas vezes, mas várias e pelo q li n foi so comigo. N fazem nada p resolver nem p conquistar o cliente. Péssimo. Não recomendo.
The price for the flavor is fair, but the pizzeria is inefficient that I have never seen before. I lost count of the times when the order came extremely late, it happened that the order did not arrive and, besides, sometimes it comes with a totally different flavor than what was ordered. I went to eat there the service is not good, and slow the waiter and the waitress who attended me were super moody, it seems that they are trained only for delivery despite the inefficiency of this service, the cashier people discussing, a heavy environment. It's a shame, because it would have the potential to grow a lot, pizza is delicious when there is no salt "sink". I was a loyal customer, at least 3x a week I asked for a combo, but today I prefer to pay more at another place of equivalent flavor than to submit to a bad service like this pizza place. They did not fail once or twice, but several times and so it was just me. They do nothing to solve or win the customer. Terrible. I do not recommend.

Apenas o recheio foi pouco, mas o sabor superou a falta.

Very tasty pizza, it arrived lukewarm given the distance I live, but within the right time.
Only the filling was little, but the flavor surpassed the lack.

Fiz meu pedido pelo Ifood as 21h, são 00:07h e meu pedido ainda não chegou, o restaurante apenas informou a uma hora e meia atrás que teve problemas com o moto boy e até agora não tivemos mais nenhuma informação, eles não respondem o whatsapp nem recebem ligações. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Não recomendo.
BAD! I placed my order through Ifood at 9 pm, it's 00:07 am and my order hasn't arrived yet, the restaurant only informed an hour and a half ago that it had problems with the moto boy and so far we haven't had any more information, they don't respond to whatsapp nor do they receive calls. LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. I do not recommend.
