Antigamente ainda atendiam o telefone, agora cai em uma mensagem automática pedindo para entrar em contato por WhatsApp e e-mail, mas também não respondem. Péssimo atendimento, total desrespeito com o cliente! Fujam desta empresa!
My order has been more than 1 month late and I can't contact the company! They don't answer the phone, they don't answer WhatsApp, they don't answer the email. In the past they still answered the phone, now it falls into an automatic message asking to contact them via WhatsApp and e-mail, but they also don't answer. Bad service, total disrespect for the customer! Run away from this company!

A Empresa está passando por atrasos causados pela pandemia . Mas no final tudo se resolveu .
Após a nota fiscal ser emitida , recebi o produto em 3 dias .
My order was delayed a lot, it was purchased in January 2021 to be delivered in April 2021. It was very difficult to get in touch with the company, many automatic messages and recordings.
The Company is experiencing delays caused by the pandemic. But in the end everything was resolved.
After the invoice was issued, I received the product in 3 days.
