★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com nivel de qualidade amador no processo de seleção dos candidatos:
1) Durante o momento do contato por tel, recrutadora nao informa aos candidatos detalhes sobre a vaga e a empresa contratante;
2) Direcionamento para vagas inexistentes;
3) Falta de organizacao no processo de cadastramento de dados. Empresa divulga e candidato faz o cadastro online e, depois é convocado a participar da primeira etapa do processo de selecao (muitos se deslocando de outras cidades ha 50-100km de distancia), apenas para refazer esse cadastramento de dados.
Company with an amateur quality level in the candidate selection process:
1) During the time of contact by tel, the recruiter does not inform candidates about the vacancy and the contracting company;
2) Targeting non-existent vacancies;
3) Lack of organization in the data registration process. Company discloses and candidate makes the registration online and, afterwards, is invited to participate in the first stage of the selection process (many moving from other cities 50-100km away), just to redo this data registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei muito do atendimento, achei um pouco desmotivador por se tratar de uma agencia de emprego. Acho q deveria ter so mais um pouco de cuidado com a forma como usa as palavras no momento da avaliação. No demais n tenho do q reclamar .
I didn't like the service very much, I found it a little demotivating because it is an employment agency. I think you should be just a little more careful how you use words at the time of the assessment. In other n have the q complain.
