I would like to know why no one answers this phone, and to know why the guard is only at the reception, I never see her at the reception, strange right.

Agora ligando pra obter informações sobre marcação pra especialidades e ninguem atende...tiram o tel do gancho e nao falam nd.Alguem podexpicalicar porque? .
I have been going to make an appointment with Dr. Jaci and I haven't been able to ... his exams were done last month and even today I am unable to show the medical result
Now calling for information about dialing specialties and no one answers ... they take the phone off the hook and don't speak nd. Can anybody explain why? .

POOR SERVICE BOTH PERSONALLY AND BY PHONE, ATTENDANTS WITHOUT EDUCATION TREATS PEOPLE AS IF IT WAS NOTHING, THEY NEED TO REVIEW THESE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE WORKING THAT IS EASY NIGHT, RECEPTION ASSISTANTS ARE THE WORST I EVER SEEN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes tem uma mal vontade de atender, não informa direito faz vc voltar lá várias vezes atoa e frequentemente não tem profissional para aplicar as vacinas, temos que ir em outras unidades que gera todo um transtorno.
The attendants have an unwillingness to assist, they don't inform you properly, they make you go back there several times and there is often no professional to administer the vaccines, we have to go to other units, which creates a whole mess.
