Praticamente todo dia tem tiroteio numa favela que fica no fim da rua,a cerca de 500 metros desse apt em construção,inclusive chegando a passar bandido com arma na mão no meio da rua. FIQUEM LONGE DE EMPREENDIMENTOS NESSA REGIÃO DAS PROXIMIDADES DO CASTELÃO, OS APARTAMENTOS DA MOURA DUBEX NO INÍCIO DA RUA TAMBÉM ESTÃO TODOS EMPERRADOS POR CAUSA DA VAGABUNDAGEM ABSURDA QUE FICA NAS PROXIMIDADES EM DIAS DE JOGOS ,NINGUÉM TEM CORAGEM DE COMPRAR OS APTS.
DO NOT BUY !!! Almost every day there is a shooting in a favela that is at the end of the street, about 500 meters from this apt under construction, even arriving to pass bandit with gun in the middle of the street. STAY AWAY FROM THE VILLAGE IN THE AREA OF THE CASTELON, THE MOURA DUBEX APARTMENTS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STREET ALSO ARE ALL EMPHASIZED BECAUSE OF THE ABSURD VAGABUNDAGING THAT IS NEAR THE DAYS OF GAMES, NOBODY HAS THE COURAGE TO PURCHASE THE APTS.
