★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui como visita de um amigo em uma festa e tive uma péssima experiência com a administração. Parece ser um ótimo condomínio para se viver, porém as regras são muito rígidas e os funcionários muito grossos.
I went to visit a friend at a party and had a bad experience with the administration. It seems to be a great condominium to live in, but the rules are very strict and the staff are very thick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito bom! Novo, tem área comum com piscina, churrasqueira, quadras, salão de festas, e o apartamento é bem dividido, amplo e ventilado, com bons acabamentos.
O lado negativo é que existem regras rígidas para utilização dos espaços como salão de festas e churrasqueira, e o valor do condomínio flutuou no último ano por desacordos entre proprietários.
The condo is very good! New, has a common area with pool, barbecue, courts, party room, and the apartment is well divided, spacious and ventilated, with good finishes.
